You represent and warrant that you have all rights required to upload or analyze submitted media. You agree not to use the service to violate copyright, contract rights, publicity rights, or privacy rights.

4. Service Scope

Music DNA provides analysis outputs for authorized testing and operational workflows. We may enforce request limits, feature gating, and security controls at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, and service marks are owned by Music DNA and its licensors. No license is granted except limited use needed to access the service under these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Bypassing security controls, access restrictions, or rate limits.
• Automated abuse, scraping beyond permitted use, or service disruption attempts.
• Using outputs to support infringement or unauthorized redistribution.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, security concerns, or legal compliance needs.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or perfect analytical accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms and policies. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
