Media Policy

1. Rights and Authorization

You may only upload or analyze media you own, control, or are explicitly authorized to process. You are solely responsible for obtaining all rights, licenses, and permissions.

2. No Hosting / No Catalog Building

Music DNA is an on-demand analysis service. We do not operate as a content hosting platform or media library for user uploads. Uploaded media is processed for one-time analysis workflows and is not intended for long-term storage or distribution.

3. One-Time Processing

Analysis requests are designed for transient processing. We retain analysis results and metadata needed for product operation, auditability, and abuse prevention, but not user media for catalog or replay purposes.

4. Clips, Excerpts, and Derived Outputs

Any generated clips, excerpts, fingerprints, or derived data are for analytical, internal, and authorized use only. They must not be used to infringe copyright or to recreate or redistribute protected works.

5. Prohibited Content and Uses

• Copyright-infringing uploads or unauthorized analysis requests.
• Attempts to extract, reconstruct, or redistribute protected content.
• Illegal, abusive, or privacy-violating media or metadata submissions.

6. Enforcement

We may block requests, suspend accounts, remove access, and cooperate with lawful notices where misuse or infringement is suspected.
